Growing up multilingual

The module "growing up multilingual" sensitizes women and men with a migration background for multilingual education, connections between language and integration, strengthens, motivates and accompanies the migration population for concrete actions.

Within the framework of the project, the Femmes-Tische / Männer-Tische (FT/MT) office organizes the professional moderation of discussion groups at a total of ten locations in Switzerland. The future moderators are instructed by experts in topic training.

At the same time, the moderators are to regularly exchange their specific experiences with the new moderation set. FT/MT therefore organizes an online exchange of experience twice a year. Based on these exchanges, the project management will produce a "best practice" report, which will later be available to all interested professionals and organizations.
