Zämme Zirkus (Together Circus)

Every fall (2022-2024), the FahrAwaY Zirkusspektakel association invites children and adolescents from the Basel region with and without refugee experience to a circus week.

Workshops will be offered in various disciplines: from juggling, diabolo and trapeze to cloth, rope and acrobatics, clowning, unicycling and music. There will also be opportunities to get a taste of circus in other ways, such as popcorn preparation, poster design, flyering, costume design and decoration.

The examination of the different disciplines and what has been learned will be presented to the public in a performance at the end of the circus week.

The different groups come together for games, dance and music as well as lunch. At lunch, there will be an opportunity for parents to help cook or bring something to share. The goal is to get in touch with each other and get to know new things.
